TEAM BASED CARE APPROACH

At Willow Haus, we operate as a team. This means you will see each of the chiropractors and experience their own unique style of care.


A team-based care approach allows us to have multiple perspectives as well as accountability and support.


No matter who you are seeing, take comfort in the fact that we review cases and charts weekly, and all chiropractors are in constant communication. Each time you step foot in Willow Haus, we hope that you'll have a heartwarming, healing experience.

DROP SHOES AT THE DOOR

We don't wear shoes in our homes, and our office is an extension of our homes.


One of the simplest ways to keep a home and office healthy is to leave shoes at the door. We step in all kinds of junk, poop, dirt throughout the day. Our office is a family wellness space, so we definitely want our little ones (and their parents) to feel comfortable with them crawling all over the floors.


Come in, take off your shoes, and get comfortable.

FINANCIAL POLICY

Payments are due at the time of service. All practice members are required to keep a credit or debit card on file. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards (including HSA and Flex Spending cards).


We DO NOT provide diagnostic codes or superbills for the purpose of insurance reimbursement. However, we are happy to provide an itemized receipt for your records. If you desire to receive care, we will make every attempt to provide an affordable payment arrangement.


We do not take Insurance; We Are Not Medicare Providers.


Please ask about our family care plans as well as veteran, military, and first responder discounts.

FIRST VISIT NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (COST OF NEW PATIENT VISIT)

$199 non-refundable deposit. This will cover the cost of your new practice member visit, scans, and day two session.


If you schedule an appointment and do not show up, our office will charge your card $199.

FLEXIBILITY, LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATION, NO SHOWS

We will do our best to accommodate scheduling issues that arise for you and your family. We understand that life happens, storms come and go, and sometimes you are doing your best and hit a roadblock. We will accommodate late arrivals up to 15 minutes with a heads up. You may be asked to wait. But please know we will do our best to get you in.


If you know that you need to reschedule a session, we ask that you reschedule with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice.


If you are a no show, we do have to charge you for the session missed as you took the space on our schedule when someone else could have scheduled.
